Keitaro Yamashita
pursues Ph.D. degree for computer science at Institute of Science Tokyo, specializing in graph signal processing and mathematical optimization. He worked at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Japan from 2018 to 2022, focusing on carbon neutral, science and technology policy, copyright law, digital trade policy, etc. He has been exchanged at ETH Zürich in Switzerland during his master course. In 2024, he received the Best Paper Award at the Asia Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association Annual Summit and Conference (APSIPA ASC). Additionally, he enjoys football (soccer) and futsal and holds a D-Coaching License from the Japan Football Association (JFA).
